Common Issues

Port Already in Use

# Check what's using the port
lsof -i :3210

# Or use a different port
docker-compose up -d -p 3001:3210

Container won’t start

  • Check if the port is already in use: netstat -tulpn | grep 8080
  • Review container logs: docker logs daecos-predictor

Permission denied errors (Linux)

  • Make sure your user is in the docker group: groups $USER
  • If not, add yourself: sudo usermod -aG docker $USER and log out/in

Cannot connect to Docker daemon

  • Ensure Docker service is running
  • Windows/Mac: Start Docker Desktop
  • Linux: sudo systemctl start docker

Out of disk space

  • Clean up unused Docker resources: docker system prune -a
